Dejan Toracki

Chief Executive Officer

Dejan brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology — including senior roles at Medtronic, Anteris Technologies and GE HealthCare — with deep specialisation in cardiac surgery, critical care, diagnostic cardiology, respiratory medicine and AI-enabled healthcare technologies.

He has secured multi-million-dollar enterprise tenders, led the deployment of statewide diagnostic systems across more than 200 hospitals, and built direct relationships with cardiac surgeons, intensivists and leading orthopaedic specialists across Australia, the United States and APAC. He has directed investor engagement for publicly listed medtech companies and been recognised through President’s Club honours and regional sales awards within leading multinational organisations.

Dejan holds a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Marketing, a Master of Marketing, and an MBA from the University of Queensland.

Simon Sheaer

Chief Operating Officer

Simon is a strategy and transformation leader specialising in digital infrastructure, governance frameworks and AI-enabled operating models. He has led complex enterprise data and technology programs across regulated industries, designing scalable systems that support disciplined execution and long-term growth. 

At Ascensio Medical,


Simon leads the operational architecture required for structured market entry, cross-functional coordination and sustained commercial performance across ANZ. He is currently contributing to strategic data programmes in preparation for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. 


Simon holds an MBA from the University of Queensland and a Master’s in Project Management.
